Summer in the Dolomites 🇮🇹 This was our first time choosing mountains over beaches in August, was it worth it? Yes! The Dolomites is summer are something super magical, allowed us to go on beautiful hikes and discover more places that have been on our bucket list for so long! Is it packed? Well, yes and no! We found the East (Passo Giau area) side of the Dolomites to be much more relaxed and YES busy but still filled with lots of places still not overcrowded. The West side on the other hand (Seiser Alm, Seceda) is total madness! Filled with people, not camper friendly at all, most areas are not reachable by card and they added extra fees for photo spots, walks and hikes.
